Outdoor Etherial Boudoir in Ontario
Misty: Boudoir is something that we always knew we wanted to feature – especially because it really does focus on how beautiful people are. It also has to combine fantastic photography to create something really incredible. What made this one so special? Outdoor boudoir photography is incredibly difficult, mostly because most aren’t willing to be so exposed in the elements! This submission from Brad Quarrington in Ontario features a mother of 4 (I mean, really? She looks incredible!) embracing her beauty in the forrest, near a waterfall, and with the most elaborate flower crown that I’ve had the privilege of seeing! It’s impossible not to love this mom’s fantastic look and the styling for this session.
Mike: I feel like I need to mention that this mother of 4 looks incredible. To be so daring to get into this chilly water is enough to give props but to look gorgeous while doing it, I feel like she should win an Emmy or something. When I saw this shoot I just fell in love with the whole concept. But mainly it was the headpiece made of sticks and feathers. It doesn’t sound cool when you say it but when you see it, you’ll believe it.
Here’s what Brad Quarrington has to say: Randii, the bride to be in the photos, is getting married next year. She is the mother of 4 kids and wanted to do something special for her fiance. We convinced her to take a chance and do something funky in the form of an outdoor boudoir session before it got to cold. Even though the water is starting to get a bit chilly, she waded in with wild abandon and is super happy with the final results!
